Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Youshi Collections (the “Platform”), operated by Youshi Collections. By creating an account, browsing, buying, or selling on the Platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Email verification may be required for certain actions, including placing orders.

2. Marketplace role

Youshi Collections provides a marketplace that connects buyers and independent sellers. Unless a product is clearly sold by the Platform itself, the seller is responsible for product accuracy, stock, fulfilment, and after-sales handling as required by law and these terms.

3. Buyer orders

When you place an order you confirm that the shipping address and GPS/map location provided are correct. Prices, availability, and delivery estimates may change until the order is confirmed. Payment methods shown at checkout (including cash on delivery where available) apply to that order.

4. Seller obligations

Sellers must complete verification, list only lawful products they are authorised to sell, keep stock and descriptions accurate, and ship orders with valid tracking when required. Misrepresentation, prohibited goods, or abuse of the Platform may result in suspension or removal.

5. Commission & settlements

Sellers agree to the Platform commission rate displayed in the seller dashboard. After delivery and any applicable hold period, settlements may be approved and paid by admin according to Platform policies. Chargebacks, returns, or cancellations may adjust amounts owed.

6. Shipping & risk

Risk of loss transfers according to the shipping arrangement for each order. Buyers should inspect packages on delivery and report issues promptly with photos and the order number.

7. Returns & cancellations

Return and cancellation eligibility depends on product type, seller policy, and order status. Unused items in original condition may qualify within the stated return window. Approved refunds follow the original payment method or store credit where applicable.

8. Coupons & promotions

Promo codes are subject to their own rules (expiry, minimum spend, product exclusions). The Platform may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

9. Intellectual property

Store branding, logos, and Platform content belong to Youshi Collections or its licensors. Sellers retain rights in their own product content but grant the Platform a licence to display listings for marketplace operation.

10. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data abusively, upload malware, harass others, or circumvent security, verification, or payment controls.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Youshi Collections is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, where applicable.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we publish revisions.
