Profile & delivery

Address, location labels, and map coordinates (latitude/longitude) when you set a delivery pin or save GPS location for orders.

Seller verification

Business name, CNIC and related documents, bank details, and other information required to approve seller accounts.

Order & transaction data

Products ordered, amounts, payment method selected, shipment/tracking details, and settlement records for sellers.

Technical data

Basic device and log information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) used for security, diagnostics, and improving the Platform.

2. How we use information

- Create and secure your account, including email OTP verification and password reset codes - Process orders, deliveries, and customer support requests - Review and manage seller applications and product listings - Calculate commission, holds, and seller settlements - Send important service emails (verification, security, order updates) - Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access - Improve website performance and shopping experience

3. Email & communications

We send transactional emails from addresses such as no-reply@youshicollections.com. You may also contact us at info@youshicollections.com. Marketing messages, if any, will include a way to opt out where required by law.

4. Sharing of information

We share data only as needed to operate the marketplace:

- With sellers: buyer name and delivery address required to fulfil your order (email and phone are not shared with sellers) - With couriers: name, phone, and delivery address/location for shipment - With service providers: hosting, email delivery, and similar infrastructure under appropriate safeguards - With authorities: when required by law or to protect rights and safety

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use cookies or local storage for login sessions, cart/wishlist preferences, and basic site functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if they are disabled.
